Mercy Support Services
Mike and Shelby Serig have been actively involved in Mercy Support Services since 2011. Mercy provides services, education and training to those in need throughout Clay County, Florida. These services help those in need to return to financial self-sufficiency. A non-profit organization, Mercy works collaboratively to provide “a hand up, not a hand out” to families and individuals who have encountered hard times or trying circumstances.
Beginning in 2011, Mike participated in a five-member steering committee, the goal of which was to maximize the organization’s positive impact on our community. The committee met on a weekly basis to discuss the future of the organization and strategies for growth. Mike has served on Mercy’s Board of Directors since the organization obtained its 501(c)(3) status in 2011. He has served as the Chairman of the Board since 2016. Mercy has served hundreds of individuals and families in Clay County by providing housing, training programs, food, child care and other resources. Mercy continues to grow by strengthening ties with its supporters in the community, government agencies and elected representatives.

C12 – Building a great business for a greater purpose
Mike Serig has been a member of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the C12 Group since 2018. Mike’s involvement in this group has strengthened his ability to operate Earthscapes as a Christ-centered business.
C12 is the nation’s largest network of Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. C12 is not simply a CEO roundtable, professional networking group, business Bible study, or guest speaker forum. It is a confidential and intimate environment where like-minded peers share ideas, discover and plan for areas in their business that need improvement, hold each other accountable, and encourage one another to conduct business in a God-honoring way.
The C12 Group has become the trusted authority on incorporating business best practices with the foundation of Biblical principles and core values. Business leaders from multiple industries meet monthly for a time of mutual sharpening, high-impact learning, and growth as stewards and Ambassadors for Christ in the marketplace. The C12 experience is accompanied by world-class curriculum and resources curated by top business and ministry leaders.
